Look no further! We have included a little snippet of our 28 day bodyweight training plan with full sessions lasting a maximum of 45 minutes. Convenient for you to do as part of your daily routine. 

 

Week 1 Day 1 

Part A:- Warm up 

2 Rounds:-

5: Inch worms 

5: Press up to downward dog

30 second: High plank 

30 second: high knees 

 

Part B:- Circuit 

Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:-

5: Down ups

10: Press ups 

15: Air squats 

 

Part C:- Cool Down 

60 seconds: Sit and reach hamstring stretch

60 seconds: Butterfly stretch

30 seconds (each leg): Standing quadricep stretch

60 seconds: Prayer stretch

60 seconds: Cobra stretch

 

Week 1 Day 2 

Part A:- Warm up

2 Rounds:-

20 second: Standing wall press

12: Broad jumps 

12: Russian squats 

12 (in total): Alternate squat thrusts 

 

Part B:- Circuit 

12 (in total): Jump lunges 

12: V ups 

12 second: Wall sit 

12: Burpees 

 

Part C:- Cool Down 

30 seconds (each leg): Kneeling hamstring stretch

60 seconds: Butterfly stretch

30 seconds (each leg): Pigeon stretch

30 seconds (each leg): Wall quadricep stretch

60 seconds: Prayer stretch

 

The full 28 day body training weight plan also includes a 10 minute active stretching session at the end of the week as well as a 5 minute cool down stretching session after every circuit.

A: No, the entire 28 day body weight training plan can be done with no equipment at all.

Q: Can I perform these workouts at home? 

A: You absolutely can! These body weight workouts can be performed anywhere. 

Q: How many days of workouts are included in the plan?

A: The plan is 28 days with 5 days of training per week, with one full rest day and one day focusing on stretching and mobility.

Q: Is the plan customized? 

A: No, this is not a custom plan, however if you would like one then drop us an email and we can design a plan especially for your specific needs. 

Q: Is there a nutrition element to the plan?

A: No, there is not, however again if you would like one then drop us an email and we can design a plan especially for your specific needs. 

Q: What if there are exercises on the plan that I cant do or don't understand? 

A: Don't worry we provide full support to all of our valued customers. Contact us via email and we will provide full video demonstrations of exercises and help you to change minor elements of the plan. 

Q: What happens once I purchase the plan?

A: You will receive an instant PDF digital download link to download the plan onto your device. Please ensure you have software that is compatible with PDF's.
