How long will it take to receive my order? 

In order to keep our products affordable to our customers most products (except for our exercise plans) are sourced and shipped from overseas. Shipping times vary but on average take between 8 -21 days.

Received a faulty item or incorrect products? 

We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item or incorrect products, please get in touch with us by clicking the "contact us" link or email us at info@futurefitathlete.com. Please quote your order number and provide us with proof of image (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to re ship the item at no extra cost. You may keep the wrongly sent item as a free gift from us!

What are my payment options? 

We accept the following cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) as well as PayPal and Apple pay.

What is your returns and exchange policy? 

Please refer to our Returns Policy relating to returns. Alternatively if you have any further questions our customer service is open 24/7. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. 

Is ordering online secure?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information you provide us. The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit cards and personal customer information using the internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

Any information that you provide us with is kept private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent, or sell your personal information, except when it required by law.
