28 days of workouts with minimal equipment required, encompassing high intensity, low intensity and functional fitness. The plan ensures that you are able to tone up and keep muscle without compromising your aerobic capacity.
The plan also includes warm up and cool downs with every workout and one full stretching session per week. Whether your home bound or not, these workouts can be performed anywhere with only a minimal amount of equipment required, for a low one off payment!
The this training plan requires you to have the following equipment:-
- A dumbbell
- A medicine ball
- A skipping rope (if you don't have a rope perform sprints on the spot)
- A kettlebell
- A box (if you don't have this then you can perform high jumps)
At Future Fit Athlete we don't think that you need to break the bank to get high quality varied workouts. We have also ensured our full sessions are 45 minutes or less making them easy to fit into your daily routine.

Q: How many days of workouts are included in the plan?
A: The plan is 28 days with 5 days of training per week, with one full rest day and one day focusing on stretching and mobility.

A: No, this is not a custom plan, however if you would like one then drop us an email and we can design a plan especially for your specific needs.
Q: Is there a nutrition element to the plan?

Q: What if there are exercises on the plan that I cant do or don't understand?
